Our deepest sympathy to you all, Peter's dear family members. I remember as a young girl, growing up in Tangier, the feeling of great sadness when our family heard of Peters accident. He forged on, with determination, and always had a smile and a wave when met, thereafter. We are sorry to learn of his passing. Peace be with you. Faye (Slade) and Sheldon Hawes

So sorry for your loss. Peter was such a nice guy. I remember him scooting around in his wheelchair and going up to the shore at Glawson's. I'm sure he had off road wheels on that thing.
Sending you my sincerest sympathy at this difficult time.

Sending Heartfelt Sympathy to Catherine, Anne, John, Carol and family at this difficult time. Peter was a dear friend and neighbour. Indeed he had a great and witty sense of humor, he laughed easy. One of my greatest memory of Peter was when I went to visit him at his home. I gave him a picture of the two of us when we were young teenagers. How we laughed that day. We reminised about the good old days , from catching the scool bus together and the day he got his rubber boots stuck in the mud on Webb's Rd. and my sister and I had to pull him out between our fits of laughter. The day he swallowed the flies while walking to Lexie's for penny candy. And all the funny memories inbetween. I missed him wheeling down for a visit during the summer when Jason and I were relaxing, we knew we would have a few laughs and hear a few stories with him. Peter and I always had a big hug for each other whenever we met. A wonderful and happy guy. RIP dear friend. Hugs to the family. XO Patricia Webb Boutilier
