Dear Bett and Family,
Please accept our heartfelt condolences at this sad time of your loss of Muzzy. It was always a pleasure to communicate with not only Muzzy, but you both as a couple. Our community was blessed to have you both relocate in Sheet Harbour and we are all saddened to loose one of you. May God give you understanding as to why he has taken him home and help you grieve during this sad time.
Our Deepest Sympathy,

Dear Betty and family, I was saddened to read about Muzzie’s passing.I knew he had been in declining health these past years. Ian and I were in Sheet last Friday and had lunch with Barb and Ray Smiley. I asked about you both and they told me Muz was not at all well. The MacDonald family will always hold a very special place in my heart ❤️ and please know I share your loss.May the Lord help see you through this difficult time and May the many memories you have keep him for near. In friendship, sympathy and support, Gail and Ian Logie [ Christie]

It was with a lot of sadness I read of Stan's passing. We served together in the RCAF/CAF in Greenwood. He always had a story and a great sense of humor. He coached our softball team from the senior ranks mess and although we didn't win many games we had a lot of fun. He helped us move into our home along with several co workers and he gave me some sage advice. Moose (my nickname) he told me , Don't bring out the beer until after all the stuff is in your new house. Stan was a great coworker and a loyal member of the Canadian forces. We met up a few times after he was retired in Sheet Harbour when my wife and I would be travelling along that part of Nova Scotia. He will be a great lost to his family and the community as a whole. RIP .

MacDonald family:
I remember Muzzy well after I moved to Sheet Harbour. He was such a friendly and polite young boy and man later. He came from a large wonderful family and moved away young.
His love of Sheet Harbour brought him back to a place he cherished and wanted to spend out the rest of his life.
Keep your happier and fond memories close to your hearts. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad time.
Love Audrey Verge

Betty Ann and family:
So sorry to read of Muzzys passing.: I have many good memories, especially playing hockey with the Sheet Harbour High School team on our trip to Halifax in Feb, 1955 to play in the Provincial Head Masters Series.

Muzzy’s family:
I was so sorry to hear of Muzzy passing. It was always a pleasure to talk to Muzzy, such a personable and kind man.
My last conversation was about old fishing spots we went to as kids, obviously he before I but same ones.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad time in your lives.
Kind Thoughts:
