The first two pictures on the left are of when Rod came to Meriden, Connecticut in 2015 to participate in the memorial service and placement of a headstone for our grandmother, Helen "Nell" (Malay) Clough. He did a great job helping with this family project and our Mom, his Aunt, Carrie Gallaher, was so very pleased!
The third picture on the right --( From R to L, back row, Pat Noe, Robert Paciga; front row, Carrie Gallaher, Rod, Josephine, a friend) is in our home, June 2018 in Goodview, Virginia, at which he visited every spring and fall for several years on his way to and from Florida. His visits and our interesting chats over cups of tea were a welcome event we all looked forward to because Rod always had a twinkle in his eye and encouraging stories and ideas!

From Robert and me, and our family, Karie, Kayla, Denise, Eddie, Leila, we send our deepest condolences for your loss of (our dear cousin) Rod. We remember him smiling and helpful and always willing to sit and chat over several cups of tea each spring and fall for several recent years when he traveled to and from Florida. He was very instrumental in helping to memorialize our grandmother, Helen "Nell" (Malay) Clough in 2015 which was a great comfort to my mother, and his Aunt, Carrie Gallaher. He was a do-er and a friend and a truth seeker. We will miss him very much. Love, cousins Nancy and Robert Paciga and family, Caldwell West Virginia

To my Malay cousins- Rod was a bright light in my life and I will miss him terribly. He also brought a lot of joy to my mom Carrie when she was alive, and I will always remember the kindnesses you showed us when we visited in 2010. Sending our love during this sad time-
