Obituary of Jeremiah Barry Boutilier

Boutilier, Jeremiah Barry Albert, 74, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019, at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Mushaboom on April 24, 1944, he was the son of the late Norman and Mamie (Power) Boutilier. Jeremiah started his working career at the Pulp Mill in Sheet Harbour then worked on the Gypsum Boats and then National Sea Products. Later in life he delivered the Chronicle Herald. He enjoyed the outdoors; whether it was hunting, fishing or camping. He was a dedicated husband and will be missed by his wife of 41 years, Sherry (Snyder), children Jeremiah and Kathleen (MacAulay), stepchildren Wanda and Christa (Larade), grandchildren Chelsea (Wright), Robert, Kayla, Brooklynn and Aiden; and great-grandchild Dawson. He is survived by his sister Inez (MacLean) brothers Duncan, Stephen and Wallace and predeceased by brother Keith. Jeremiah’s final wishes were for cremation with no visitation or funeral.
