Cooper Holly Jean- 36, Sheet Harbour died February 27, 2024 with her beloved son Lucas in Sheet Harbour. Born March 19, 1987 in Sheet Harbour she was a daughter of Charlene (Cooper) Smith and step father Tim Smith. Holly was a homemaker and was currently taking a course in home design. She was a very kind person, who would help anyone in need, taking them in and providing a meal or a place to stay. Holly’s pride and joy were her children, she enjoyed taking part in their daily lives, she loved them very much. She was a very bubbly, adventurous and energetic person, always the life of the party. She was very excited about the upcoming birth of her first grandchild in August. Survived by children; Colby (Emily), Cody, Gregory, sister Wendy, brother Mark, half-sister Jennifer Lapeirre, stepbrothers; Michael, Jamie and Kyle, nieces Maranda (Mykayla) and Reanna, cousin Leeann Cooper and good friend Haley Owen. Predeceased by maternal grandparents Ervin & Helen Cooper and special friends Luke Foote & Robbie Mason. A celebration of life will be held Saturday March 9, 2024 from 2-4pm in the Tangier Fire Hall 17559 Highway 7, Tangier. Burial at a later date. My father the late Duncan S. Crowell purchased the business on August 31, 1970 from the late Parker Hamilton. Dad named it Eastern Memorial Funeral Home until a few years later when he changed the name to DS Crowell Funeral Home.
