Loving thoughts and prayers are with Becky’s family. I have many fond memories when I visited her both in Spry Harbour and Dartmouth . Most recently ,I was fortunate enough to spend time with her in Sheet Harbour . She was always ready to have a cup of tea and read my tea leaves and I bet she and my mother, Marion Brown , are doing that this evening. Besides her great wit she did a wonderful job playing the mouth organ. Becky will be missed by so many. Linda Rix

I have known Becky all my life as she was a forever friend of my mom's. We played with her children in Spry Harbor and kept the friendship when she lived in the trailer in Dartmouth. A wonderful lady and she will be missed very much. To the family my maiden name was Brown, Marion and Tim's daughter.

An emotional time as I remember my mother's lovely sister, Aunt Rebecca and the time she visited our home in Middleton with Uncle Norman bringing us salt herring, a special treat for my mother (Mary Belle). I have a sweet little Nova Scotian Tartan angel she made for me after my mum died in 2005. I treasure it. Aunt Rebecca and my mother were musical, both played the Hawiian guitar and mouth organ at the same time, a natural gift. Amazing! I wish to express my sincere condolences to all my cousins. I am thinking and praying for you at this time. Shelagh (Neily) Marzouk, & family, Port Perry, Ontario.
