I had the pleasure of having Lindsay in my homeroom. He was always soft spoken and got along with everyone. Lindsay always had great suggestions on places to get a burger that was sure to please. His love of the sea and his pride in his family showed through when we were having a conversation. May your memories of Lindsay bring you comfort in the years to come.

My father the late Duncan S. Crowell purchased the business on August 31, 1970 from the late Parker Hamilton. Dad named it Eastern Memorial Funeral Home until a few years later when he changed the name to DS Crowell Funeral Home.
