Turner, James Joseph- 76, Ecum Secum, died Sunday August 22, 2021 at Braeside Home for Special Care Middle Musquodoboit. Born in Marie Joseph November 28, 1944 he was a son of the late Gerald & Edna (Pye) Turner. Jimmy worked most of his life at Howard Turner & Son Fish Plant, he also cut pulp, enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing crib. Survived by his common law partner of 31 years Valerie Hape, daughter Ashley (Jeff), sisters Frances, Sylvia (Danny) both of Ecum Secum, Alice Chambers, Halifax, brothers Gerry, Ecum Secum, Charles, Marie Joseph, step daughter Penny (John MacDonald), Ecum Secum and 6 grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers Wilfred and Cyril. There will be no funeral or visitation by request. Online condolences may be directed to www.crowellsfuneralhome.ca
