Condolences to the family of Uncle Melvin , so sorry for your loss ...from his late sister Edna OICKLE (as mis spelled in obituary ) and the Oickle family ... many years have passed since we have seen him, but childhood memories are alway there of times we all collected at our grandparents home in Tangier .. Rest In Peace

My father the late Duncan S. Crowell purchased the business on August 31, 1970 from the late Parker Hamilton. Dad named it Eastern Memorial Funeral Home until a few years later when he changed the name to DS Crowell Funeral Home.
