Dear Bette, I had the privilege to meet Susan at Glasgow Hall where I currently work as an LTCA in the Recreations department. Susan literally made me laugh every day. Her quick wit, realness, and blunt honesty is something i'll never forget. I'll forever cherish our walks, chats and laughs we shared together. I only knew Susan for a few months, and in that short time she has impacted my life by reminding me not to sweat the small stuff, life is short, and laughter every day is the best medicine! My heart goes out to you, her friends and family. She loved you so much Bette. Glasgow Hall is a little dull with her gone, but i assure you she will never be forgotten. Love, Nicole Callaghan
