Obituary of Cyril MacDonald Moser

Age 89, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2020 in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital, Sheet Harbour due to health complications. Cyril was born in 1931 in Harrigan Cove to the late Stanford and Nettie (MacDonald) Moser. Cyril was a class A Mechanic for more than 40 years, he could fix anything. He was smart, articulate and kind. He had a great love of animals, and fed anything that wondered onto his property. At 86 he took on raising four stray cats that were abandoned near his property, he certainly loved the hours of entertainment and love they provided. Cy was a fair man always making sure his four girls were treated equally. He spent many years working away from his family but always ensured they were well taken care of. In his later years Cyril lived a quiet life after his partner Eileen died. Cyril is survived by daughters, Linda Moser of Ontario; Heather Mos er-Hayes, husband Bill of Alberta; Marlene Butler, husband Barry of Newfoundland; grandchildren, Keith Bezanson, Kimberley Bezanson, Cyril Butler, Michelle Clarkson (Butler), Danny Pye, Eileen Pye and Kallashandra Moser-Hayes; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Breyanne, Meaghan, Katie, Penelope, Idalia, Alex, Chelsey, Darcy, and Zoey; great great-grandsons, Kingsley and Adian; best friend and brother-in-law, Patrick Watt who's friendship Cy cherished. Predeceased by the love of his life, Eileen Mosher (Watt); daughter, Karen Hubley. We are going to sadly miss the great conversations with Dad and how knowledgeable he was about so many topics. We know he's in a better place, we'll see you on the other side Dad, Love you.
