Obituary of Norma Marie Lowe

Lowe (Smith), Norma Marie- 89, Dartmouth, died on March 17, 2020 in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Moser River she was the daughter of the late Carl & Bertha (Moser) Smith. . She was predeceased by her husband Charles, brothers, Bernard and Cecil. She is survived by sisters Doris “Dottie” Jewers and Muriel Chittick, sister in law Earline (Bernard), 3 nieces and 12 nephews Norma enjoyed teaching school in Necum Teuch prior to marrying Charlie and moving to Dartmouth. Normas family extends sincere thank yous to the volunteers of the meals on wheels program, who Norma looked forward to meeting every day and who thus became friends with her. Also, a special note of appreciation to the staff at Dartmouth General Hospital in Emergency and 3 East, the orthopedic unit, for proving wonderful, supportive and compassionate care. Donations in Normas memory may be made to the Dartmouth Meals on Wheels program.
