Obituary of David Eric Atkinson

Age 26, of Sheet Harbour, passed away in QEII Health Sciences Centre on March 9, 2020. David will continue to be loved and honoured by his parents, Bradley and Meryl Atkinson; sisters, Rachel, Rebecca, and Sara; and his extended family in Canada and Wales. David's impact was widespread. His compassion, caring, and adventurous soul touched many on his too short journey. His passions included music, writing poetry, playing soccer, and gaming. His selfless and humorous nature will be fondly remembered. The family is grateful for the love and support extended by the local community, the international gaming community, and extensive family. Sincere gratitude to the dedicated medical teams at Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital, Dartmouth General ICU, and the MSNICU and CVICU at the QEII. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
