Age 74, of Ecum Secum, passed away Monday, February 10, 2020 in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital, Sheet Harbour. Born in Ecum Secum April 10, 1945 she was a daughter of the late Walter and Lula Primrose (Fleet) Pye. Betty was an avid reader, loved antiques and most of all loved being at her home on the ocean surrounded by her family and friends. Survived by children, Richard (Carol), Ontario; Chris, Halifax; Amber (Stephen), New Glasgow; grandchildren, Jake, Brandon, Dylan, Hayley, Colby; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Grayson; sisters, Janet, Halifax; Edna, Lively, Ont.; companion, Ralph; furbaby, Mabbie; lifelong friend, Betty and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband, Cyril; son, John; brother, Kenny; sisters, Maxine and Margaret Rose. A Graveside Committal will be held Saturday, February 15th at 1 p.m. in St. Barnabas Church Cemetery, Ecum Secum.
