Obituary of Thomas Frederick Jones
Jones, Thomas Frederick- 55, Sheet Harbour, it is with a broken heart that I announce the passing of my amazing love Tom on July 13, 2018 from his courageous battle with cancer. Tom simply loved life and enjoyed every moment to the fullest. He had a huge heart that overflowed with generosity and love for his family and was so proud of every achievement that his nieces and nephews accomplished. Tom’s favourite pastime was to fish and go boating, which he loved to do this with his partner Betty and dog Diesel. Tom will be missed dearly by many but we will forever carry his spirit with us where ever we go. I would like to give a special thanks to the Continuing Care Nurses and Palliative Nurse of Eastern Shore Memorial who helped me give Tom his final wish to stay at home during his end of life battle, as well as our niece Samantha our sister in law Robin and our brother Danny for the days you supported us when we needed it most, you three were our given angels on Earth A celebration of life will be held for Tom at the Sheet Harbour Wildlife Association if you would like to join us on August 11 from 2:30 to 4:30 to give this wonderful man a heartfelt send off we would love to see you all there. Family flowers only. Donations in Tom’s name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolences may be left at www.crowellsfuneralhome.ca
